A voluntary policy, opened, communicated and shared by all the company for the reception and the integration of disabled workers (recruitment on the site Second Life, operational tests to identify manual competences, trainings…).
We anticipate and stay open to maintain the employment of disabled staff by building relations between agents and public institutions.
A human resources policy also focused on the integration of students or young workers (work placements, trainings).
