Quality & Environment

NSE Services manages its organization through a mature system management This system has evolved step by step in order to obtain an integrated Quality, Safety and Environment system (QSE).

NSE Services is AFAQ certified : ISO 9001 (since 1993)

Our organization is based on transverse processes by products family (video, computing, printing) and customer care centre to be as close as possible to customer’s expectations.

Each process is controlled independently, allowing performance analyses and by means of specific reviews which make it possible to analysis and real time corrective actions.

NSE Services has gained the environmental ISO 14001 certification in December 2005. NSE Services has implemented sustainable actions under the banner of protecting the environment:
  • Anticipation and application of the local and European regulations
             
  • Engagement of all our employees about the environmental impact of our activities
             
  • Innovate to preserve natural resources and limit negative environmental impacts

Included :

  • Reduction of the transport impact (Selection of certified carriers, optimization of transport, planning …)
  • Compliance with the WEEE rules (Waste management, using companies specialized and authorised for the waste collection, sorting and recycling of products …)

  • Reduction of the packaging impact (recycled materials, universal packaging …)

  • Day to day "green attitude" approach …

All of these actions are part of our continuous improvement as certified ISO 9001 and 14001 company.
