It has now been more than two years since NSE embarked on an ambitious CSR approach, included in our Ambition 2025 strategic plan.
Significant progress has been made with the completion of our first full carbon footprint (scope 1, 2, 3) to quantify our emissions and identify areas where reductions are needed. This assessment has enabled us to define a strategic carbon reduction plan by 2025, the date on which we will carry out our next assessment.
In April 2023, a major CSR awareness video campaign for all our employees was conducted, marking a major step in our approach. This initiative has made it possible to strengthen the understanding of our CSR commitments by our teams.
As it is essential to establish a close dynamic with employees, a group of CSR relays has been formed. These CSR relays are responsible for promoting the CSR approach to employees and generating suggestions from the teams. They are the direct link with the field.
We are currently in an active phase of our approach. We are convinced that responsible and sustainable practices contribute not only to the sustainability of our business, but also to our long-term competitiveness. We will regularly communicate our progress and results to our stakeholders to enhance transparency and maintain an open dialogue.
On a daily basis, our challenge is to develop a CSR culture within NSE, thanks to our organizational structure. We continue to pursue our actions together, emphasizing collaborative and participatory work, which are the key points of our approach.
