The NSE Group, a specialist in the design, manufacturing, and maintenance of high-tech electronic equipment — primarily for the Defense and Aerospace sectors — finalized on September 30, 2025, the acquisition of Ametra Intégration, a recognized player in electrical and electronic system cabling and integration.
Ametra Intégration includes Anjou Électronique, based in Longué-Jumelles (Maine-et-Loire, France), and Butitec, located in Bizerte, Tunisia. Ametra Intégration achieved €18.5 million in revenue and an EBITDA of €2.5 million for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024, showing a strong +29% growth compared to the previous year.
Nearly 230 employees are joining the NSE Group on this occasion.
1. What does the integration of Anjou Électronique and Butitec into the NSE Group represent for you? How do you see the complementarity between NSE and Ametra Intégration??
This integration marks a strategic and industrial alliance between two companies that share strong values: technical expertise, operational excellence, a family-oriented culture, customer proximity, and team development. Our organizations are highly complementary. NSE has a solid structure, an extensive design office, and proprietary products, while Anjou Électronique and Butitec bring recognized expertise in electrical and electronic integration. Together, we will pool our know-how and resources to offer our customers a broader range of services — from design to maintenance — in France and internationally, with Best Cost solutions and offset proposals.
Over the past three years, Ametra Intégration has experienced strong growth, doubling its activity thanks to an ambitious transformation plan, increased demand in the aerospace and defense markets, and a motivated team ready to take on new challenges. Today, our clients are looking for partners capable of mastering the supply chain, achieving operational excellence aligned with GIFAS standards, and demonstrating a strong CSR commitment. Joining a recognized industrial group like NSE will allow us to continue growing while maintaining our agility.
2. How does this acquisition fit into NSE Group’s development strategy?
The main goal is to achieve a harmonious and pragmatic integration: identifying what should be shared, aligning our commercial approaches to avoid overlap, and building a unified growth strategy. Ultimately, we aim to strengthen our position in France and Europe as a key player in electrical and electronic integration, capable of managing the most complex projects while maintaining agility and customer proximity.

3. Could you present the core expertise of Anjou Électronique and Butitec?
Our French and Tunisian teams have a wide range of expertise in cabling and electrical integration: from simple or complex wiring harnesses to drawers and racks, control and test bays, electromechanical assemblies, and mobile connection panels. We bring to NSE a recognized know-how, known for its execution quality and technical precision, perfectly complementing NSE’s current offer. This synergy will enhance our joint ability to deliver tailor-made solutions, from design to manufacturing and operational maintenance.
4. How is the integration of Anjou Électronique and Butitec teams into NSE Group progressing, and what shared values guide this transition?
Our teams in Longué-Jumelles (France) and Bizerte (Tunisia) will remain on their respective sites, continuing to work in familiar environments while progressively benefiting from the Group’s momentum. We are already working on a shared commercial strategy for late 2025 to unify client interfaces and enhance the visibility of our offering. By 2026, a common operational organization will be implemented within the Interconnexion Business Unit (BUI), with the goal of deploying best practices from each entity. This collaborative approach will strengthen collective efficiency while capitalizing on everyone’s specific know-how. This integration is built upon shared values: discipline, openness, hard work, integrity, humility, as well as team spirit, industrial excellence, and a constant drive for improvement. These common traits naturally facilitate collaboration between our teams.
