The Supervisory Board has decided to renew, for a three-year period, the terms of office of all current members of the Executive Board. It has also renewed Jérôme Fabre in his role as Chairman of the Executive Board.
Furthermore, upon the proposal of the Chairman of the Executive Board, the Supervisory Board has decided to appoint Laurie Douaud as a member of the Executive Board and Vice President, Integrations. In this capacity, all of the Group’s activities related to the design, wiring, and integration of electrical and electronic systems will now report to her.
An engineer by training, Laurie Douaud joined NSE on October 1 following the acquisition of Ametra Integration, after having successfully led a remarkable turnaround and development of its business activities since 2022. Previously, she held positions as an industrial site director and in commercial management, notably within the Hutchinson and Mecachrome groups.

Laurie DOUAUD - Member of the Management Board, VP Integrations

Guillaume VRIGNEAU - Site Director at the NSE Anjou subsidiary
These developments reflect our commitment to improving our organization in order to deliver our NSE2030 strategy while valuing our talents. Congratulations to Laurie and Guillaume, and best wishes for every success in their new roles!
We are pleased to announce the Group’s revenue for the 2025 financial year, which amounts to €109.5 million, representing nearly 6% growth compared with the previous financial year. This increase confirms the relevance of our strategy, driven by strong momentum in the second half of the year and the successful integration of Ametra Integration’s activities (now NSE Anjou & NSE Butitec), which contributed €5 million to this result.
🔹 A rapidly growing Integrations BU (+19%)
🔹 A largely stable Services BU: the decline in orders for the Defense Services activity and our subsidiary NSE Electronique Services is offset by a record level in our Aircraft MRO activity, driven by numerous projects and a major export contract.
🔹 The ability to generate expected EBITDA significantly higher than in 2024
Thank you to all our teams for their commitment, and to our partners and customers for their trust.
We are approaching 2026 with ambition and confidence!
And we look forward to meeting you on April 29 for the release of the 2025 financial year results.
