Operational Reservist Agreement
On 4 December 2025, NSE signed a new Operational Reservist Agreement covering all of its operations in France, in partnership with the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of the Armed Forces and Veterans.
The agreement is designed to support employees serving in the operational reserve and to recognise their commitment to public service. As part of this initiative, the number of days of authorised leave for reserve duties has been increased from 10 to 15 days per year. The agreement now also extends to reservists serving with the French Gendarmerie, the Armed Forces and, for the first time, the French National Police.
Supporting the operational reserve means recognising not only the commitment of those who serve, but also the value they bring to the Company. Their experience strengthens teamwork, the ability to manage complex situations, a culture of commitment and adaptability—qualities that make a lasting contribution to NSE's cohesion and performance.
At a time when sovereignty, resilience and security have become increasingly important, strengthening the bond between the Armed Forces and the Nation is more essential than ever. Businesses have a key role to play, and NSE is fully committed to making its contribution.
