Thursday 18th November 2021, on the occasion of the national day dedicated to disability, NSE participated in the #DUODAY, by welcoming on its site of Abrest, an intern with disability.
« DUO DAY » is a national event aimed at optimizing the inclusion of people with disabilities in a working environment. It is part of the European Disability Employment Week.
During this day, an NSE collaborator has formed with this intern a duo and made him discover the Group working environment. By participating with him in his daily tasks, he discovered the wiring activities of the NSE's Abrest site.
A new and mutually-enriching experience ; and an opportunity to be open to diversity and to overcome disability-related prejudices.
