Jérôme FABRE - Chairman of the Management Board

Dear Partners,

This new edition of our e-letter highlights the transformation and growth momentum driving the NSE Group.

Our ambition is to build an ever more high-performing, innovative, and sustainable Group, capable of supporting the evolving needs of its markets while remaining true to its core values. This ambition is reflected in the many initiatives being implemented as part of our NSE 2030 Strategic Plan.

The past year has been marked by several significant milestones. The strengthening of our governance, notably through the evolution of our Executive Board and the appointment of Laurie Douaud as Vice President, Integrations, reflects our determination to adapt the Board's structure to meet the challenges associated with the continued development of our business activities.

At the same time, we are reinforcing our position in the Defence and Aerospace markets. This ambition is being translated into concrete actions, including the acquisition of Anjou Électronique and Butitec in Tunisia, which strengthen our expertise in the integration of electrical and electronic systems, as well as the creation of NSE ES, resulting from the incorporation of our historic Electronics Services activities into a dedicated subsidiary. These major developments illustrate the implementation of our NSE 2030 strategy and our commitment to aligning our organization with the evolving needs of our markets while supporting our long-term growth.

This transformation would not be possible without the commitment of the women and men who make NSE what it is every day. That is why we have launched a management development programme for all our managers. As a key driver of collective performance, management plays an essential role in supporting our teams and ensuring the success of our projects. Through this initiative, we reaffirm our commitment to sharing a common vision and preparing for the future by developing the skills of our people.

Our 2025 Management Report, presented in this edition, confirms the strength of this trajectory. Our results demonstrate the Group's positive momentum, driven by the growth of our activities, the relevance of our strategic choices, and the dedication of our teams. They reinforce our confidence in our ability to pursue sustainable growth while consolidating the strong foundations that underpin NSE's success.

This momentum was also reflected at Eurosatory 2026, the leading international exhibition for the Defence and Security sectors. The event provided an excellent opportunity for NSE to showcase its expertise, strengthen relationships with its partners, and reaffirm its position in this strategic market. Among the highlights, the signing of the RID agreement represents an important milestone, demonstrating our commitment to innovation, skills development, and cooperation in support of tomorrow's defence challenges.

Our strong regional presence and partnerships also remain key drivers of our development. Visits by elected officials to our Riom site highlighted the expertise of our teams and NSE's contribution to the region's industrial vitality. The visits of the Director of SIMMT and the Director of SMITER to our Varennes site reflect the continued growth of our Defence Services activities, while the signing of a ProMILES partnership with the 28th Signals Regiment in Issoire further strengthens the close ties we maintain with the French Armed Forces.

Innovation also remains at the heart of our strategy. The arrival of the Velis Electro aircraft at our Aulnat site, together with the inauguration of Clermont-Ferrand Airport's first electric aircraft charging station, illustrates our commitment to the future of sustainable air mobility.

Finally, environmental responsibility continues to guide our actions. Our partnership with SUEZ at our Abrest site demonstrates that industrial performance, innovation, and responsible resource management can go hand in hand. The results achieved in waste recovery reflect our determination to take concrete action towards more sustainable development.

Across all these projects, we are driven by one shared ambition: to prepare for the future, strengthen our competitiveness, and create sustainable value for our customers, partners, employees, and all our stakeholders.

Thank you for your continued trust and support.
