As part of its NSE 2030 strategic plan, the Group is continuing to transform its business portfolio to strengthen its positioning in its priority markets: Defense and Aerospace. This roadmap also aims to sustainably improve the Group's operational and financial performance while enhancing its ability to support the evolving needs of its customers.
At the same time, the Group continued to streamline its international operations through the discontinuation of NSE Brasil's activities and the divestment of its 50% stake in the Canadian joint venture NSE TLS / NSE Électronique Services to the Drakkar Group. These decisions reflect the Group's commitment to focusing its resources and investments on the businesses that are most closely aligned with its strategic priorities.
NSE also advanced its organizational transformation by transferring its historic Électronique Services operations into a dedicated subsidiary, NSE ES (NSE Électronique Services), effective July 1, 2025. Approved at the Extraordinary General Meeting held in June 2025, this reorganization aims to enhance the clarity of the Group's offering and increase its agility in addressing the specific requirements of markets such as gaming, payment systems, video, and premium home appliances.
Through these initiatives, NSE is continuing the execution of its 2030 strategy with a clear objective: to strengthen its leadership in its core markets, optimize its organization, and create the foundations for sustainable growth in support of its customers, partners, and employees.
