Signing of the Industrial Defence Reserve (RID) Agreement
During the exhibition, NSE signed a partnership agreement for the Defence Industrial Reserve (RID) with the French Ministry of the Armed Forces. The agreement was signed in the presence of Patrick Pailloux, Delegate General for Armament; Lieutenant General Frédéric Gout, Commander of the French Army Human Resources Directorate; Caroline Krykwinski, Director of Human Resources at the French Defence Procurement Agency (DGA); and Patrick Grelier, Chief Armament Engineer and Delegate for Armament Reserves.
Through this partnership, NSE reaffirms its commitment to supporting France's national defence policy and, alongside the Ministry of the Armed Forces, contributes to strengthening the industrial capabilities required to deliver missions of strategic importance.
Under this agreement, NSE may call upon operational reservists when exceptional requirements arise to increase production capacity or strengthen maintenance, technical support, or logistics activities. Their temporary deployment enables the Company to reinforce its teams and respond effectively to periods of increased operational demand.
All employees are encouraged to support the integration of operational reservists into their teams and to contribute to the successful delivery of their assignments. This collaborative approach, founded on cooperation, mutual respect, and solidarity, reflects NSE's commitment to achieving its shared objectives while supporting France's national defence mission.
Visit of the Director of SIMMT and his Deputy
During the exhibition, NSE was also pleased to welcome Richard Ohnet, Director of the SIMMT (Integrated Structure for the Operational Maintenance of Land Equipment), together with his Deputy Director, Inspector General for Armament Franck Leclercq, to its stand. Their visit provided an opportunity to discuss with NSE's teams the key challenges surrounding operational readiness and the ongoing development of defence equipment. We sincerely thank them for the time they dedicated to these constructive exchanges, which highlight the importance of close cooperation between institutional and industrial stakeholders in support of the operational capabilities of the French Armed Forces.
