E-letter n°50

Hello everyone,

In November, we thought we had put the pandemic behind us, but the Omicron variant reminded us that the constraints on our daily lives will only fade in the medium term. Added to this is the uncertainty of a conflict in Eastern Europe, which will increase tensions in many areas.

The year 2021 was complicated with many challenges, but NSE has once again shown its resilience by achieving a turnover of €66.6 million. Our diversification in the fields of defense and medical and the opportunities we have seized have enabled us to resist well, however we have not been able to avoid postponements of orders to 2022.

The year 2022 is showing promise, the NSE teams strongly believe in the opportunities that are being created and see a certain dynamic in the market.

This new year has started very strongly in Canada at NSE TLS with the integration of a 16,000 M² logistics building in Mirabel to support the development of our new client Lion.

Our agility has also enabled us to develop and consolidate our Design and Innovation department offer, you will find a highlighting of NSE's capabilities during an interview with Jeremy LOPES, Design and Innovation Manager BUI/BUC.

To illustrate this rise in power of our Design department, you will find an article written by Benoit GUILLAUMIN, BUI Sales Director, on one of our technological innovations of a Monitored Energy Management system.

Similarly, NSE is committed to a CSR approach in 2021, Cécilia DE CARVALHO, our CSR Manager, provides an update on the progress and the actions undertaken.

We are also proud to have received the label 'Used by the French Armed Forces' for two products developed by NSE, the Orace 2 Multi-Way Nitrogen Suitcase and the BNL (Low Level Light) Treatment Kit.

You will also find a customer interview on our MRO Service activity with Mr. Raphaël DÉLÈZE – ACM for the company Air Mountain SA.

We would like to thank all of our customers, partners and suppliers who place their trust in us and allow us to pursue the industrial development of NSE in our preferred sectors: Aeronautics, Defence, Medical, Railway and Electronics.

Have a good reading.

Take care of yourself, stay safe.
