For 7 years, the company has grown and DESJARDINS CAPITAL and NSE have approved the buyout by NSE of this stake as of January 5, 2021.

NSE Automatech now has 71% of its capital held by NSE Aero North America (NSE Aero North America), a subsidiary of NSE as a North American Holding, and the balance of 29% by NSE.

NSE Automatech's activity operates in the civil aeronautics, medical, defense and rail sectors in the fields of machining, surface treatment, painting, assembly, wiring, integration and maintenance of electronic equipment.
